Transformational Conversations
Continuous Learning Programme
Make Transformational Conversations part of who you are, not just a course you did with my pilot Continuous Learning programme.
Hello,
Fellow Conversationalists
It’s Georgie. The TL;DR is that this a pilot Continuous Learning Programme for Transformational Conversations. You can think of it as a place to keep practising with monthly workshops, community support, and optional small-group and1:1 coaching so you can stay in the work over time.
By the end of 3 months, you’re likely to…
☺️ Feel more confident and ease in conversations that would previously have felt scary, awkward, or tense.
🛠️ Actually use the tools in real situations to get jobs, meet new people, have smooth first dates, and navigate conflicts with loved ones — not just understand them in theory.
💪 Notice clear shifts in one or two key relationships or patterns (e.g. speaking up sooner, asking better questions, naming your needs, staying instead of disappearing).
💃 Have a rhythm and toolkit you can keep using so this doesn’t end as “a nice course you once did”, but as a practice so you can continue to develop your own conversational style and can initiate in a wider range of scenarios.
Is this programme right for you?
🌟 You’ve completed the Transformational Conversations programme*, and don’t want the work to end with the final session. You feel the pull for “what’s next?”
😣 You notice how easy it is, when life gets busy, to slip back into old patterns of staying quiet, people-pleasing or armouring up.
🪞 You learn best through ongoing practice, reflection and gentle accountability with others who “get it”.
♥️ You want conversations to feel braver, more honest and more alive at work, with friends, in love, and with themselves.
* This is optional. You might have worked with Georgie before or be new to this work. We only ask that you have an interest in learning how to have more meaningful conversations.
An invitation to you
I’m launching a new pilot Continuous Learning Programme in response to the many “what’s next?” conversations I’ve been having with alumni over the last few months. So many of you shared that this work hasn’t felt like a neat course you can tick off, but something that’s still moving in you that you want to keep alive, even when life gets busy.
This pilot is my way of creating a space to keep practising, keep experimenting, and keep being in conversation together over time. A safe space where you can try things out, refresh your skills, get feedback and accountability, and grow alongside other likeminds who are also experimenting.
This new longer timeframe format is also a trial experiment for me; a space for me to play, to test new formats, invite in occasional guest facilitators with people who are up for exploring.
At its heart, this is about treating conversations as a lifelong practice, not a one-off skill upgrade. It’s for people who’ve had a taste of feeling braver, more honest and more connected with others – and want that to become part of who they are.
The journey is about gently rewiring old identities (“I’m shy”, “I’m not a people person”) into a truer one: “I’m someone who can meet people, ask better questions, set boundaries, stay with the awkward bits, and keep showing up as myself.”
It’s a long arc of becoming someone who quietly creates braver, kinder, more interesting rooms around them. One conversation, one experiment, one tiny opening at a time.

Georgie

"To say this is a ‘Conversation Course’ is to completely underestimate the transformative value of increasing your awareness in how you connect and communicate with other humans... I gained greater confidence, clarity and awareness to navigate conversations on various levels of engagement and connection - this is truly life-changing work."

That’s expected – this is designed to meet you where you are, not take over your calendar. Key sessions are recorded (where appropriate) and there are multiple touchpoints each month, so missing one doesn’t mean you’ve fallen “behind”. You can treat it like a gym membership for your conversations: come when you can, and the door is open when life calms down again.
The recorded sessions are accessible for Silver and Gold members.

The Transformational Conversations programme is a short, intensive journey with a clear curriculum and a beginning / middle / end. This Continuous Learning Programme is more like a practice studio: it’s ongoing, lighter-touch, and focused on helping you apply and deepen the tools over time in your real life. It will include repetition, experiments, troubleshooting and support.
-
The aim is to help you integrate this work so it becomes part of how you live, not just a course you once did. Over time you’re likely to notice that tricky conversations feel less overwhelming, you’re using the tools in real situations (at work, in friendships, dating, family), and you’re shifting one or two key patterns – like speaking up sooner, asking better questions, setting boundaries, or staying present when things get uncomfortable.
-
Because this kind of change doesn’t usually happen from a single workshop. Three months gives you enough time to try things, wobble, get support, and try again. It creates a sense of continuity so we can actually see patterns, work with them, and celebrate real shifts rather than you leaving inspired for a week and then slipping back into old habits. If you would rather attend standalone workshops, there are a limited number of ticket spaces for these workshops available at £35.
-
Think of it like this:
Bronze is for people who want light structure and tools to stay connected to the work. 1–2 hours per month (mostly the masterclass + your own experiments).
Silver is for those who want community, practice spaces and regular live support – not doing it alone. Around 3–5 hours per month (masterclass, Q&A, optional practice spaces).
Gold is for people ready for focused change in a few key areas, with small-group and 1:1 coaching and more accountability. Around 5–7+ hours per month (Silver activities plus small-group coaching and a 1:1).
You can always do less or more, but the structure is there to make it realistic alongside a full life.
-
At a minimum, you can expect a monthly themed masterclass and a monthly Q&A / group coaching call with Georgie, plus alumni-led practice spaces, asynchronous interactions on whatsapp and occasional social / guest sessions. If you stay connected for most of 2026, that adds up to dozens of chances to plug in live, experiment, and get support. You’re not just left with one big notebook and good intentions.
-
Yes. There’s a minimum initial commitment (e.g. 3 months) so we can actually get somewhere together, but after that you’re free to step away or change tier. I’d always rather you listen to yourself than stay out of obligation.
